Exchanges
Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt for exchange or refund to

Items must be in original, saleable condition - with all hangers, labels and
wrappings in their original condition.
Kindly return the item to us enclosing your invoice to the address shown on
your invoice.
Exchanges/refunds will be issued AFTER item has been returned and subject to
satisfactory inspection. Standard Refunds (ie none faulty) will be cost of item
less postage & packaging costs (2 Euros) – which are included in the
sale price of our products. Returns will be processed within 7 working days.
Gift wrap is non-refundable. Personalised goods are non-refundable. Express
postage is non-refundable.
Please note: The Dream Bag will not cover return postage for unwanted
or wrongly ordered (size) goods.
Faults
We do not experience many faults, but if you believe you have a faulty product
we would ask you to return it to us within a reasonable period of time (using
the returns form on your invoice) and kindly return the item to us via standard
post (enclosing your invoice) to the address shown on your invoice.
When we receive the faulty item we shall reimburse the return postage (please
note we only reimburse the cost of standard postage- Not tracked, DPD or other
courier delivery) and send you a replacement item.
If you no longer have your invoice then please enclose a covering letter explaining
your reason for return. We will then contact you via email to confirm receipt
and advise if we believe that the goods are in fact faulty. If the goods are
deemed to be faulty, we shall issue a replacement and cover return postage costs.
Incorrect Items
We do not experience many problems, but if you believe you have an incorrect
item, we would ask you to return it to us within a reasonable period of time
(using the returns form on your invoice) and kindly return the item to us via
standard post (enclosing your invoice) to the address shown on your invoice.
When we receive the item we shall reimburse the return postage (please note
we only reimburse the cost of standard postage- not courier or tracked delivery)
and send you a replacement item.
Items Returned
Parcels returned back to us – at the fault of the customer – are
subject to a repostage charge re-posted. They can be refunded, but will be cost
of item less postage & packaging costs (2 Euros) – which are included
in the sale price of our products.
If your item was sent by tracked delivery, this also will not be refunded.
Returns will be processed within 7 working days.
Non-Deliveries
Non-deliveries MUST be reported within 21 days from receiving your dispatch
confirmation email.
