Returns PolicyExchanges & Refunds
We are enthusiastic about the quality of our Dream Bag baby sleeping bags.
However, if you are for whatever reason not happy with the Dream Bag you can
return your purchase within 1 month of receipt for exchange or refund. Please
use the returns form on your invoice and return your goods to the following address:

Exchanges/refunds will be issued AFTER item has been returned and subject
to satisfactory inspection.
Standard Refunds (ie none faulty) will be cost of item including the Shipping
Costs.
Faults
We do not experience many faults, but if you believe you have a faulty product
we would ask you to return it to us within a reasonable period of time (using
the returns form on your invoice) and post to us at our registered address.
If you no longer have your invoice, please send a covering letter explaining
your reason for return. We will then contact you via email/telephone (your
choice) to confirm receipt and advise if we believe that the goods are in fact
faulty. If the goods are deemed to be faulty, we shall issue a replacement
and cover all return postage costs.
Cancellations
You have the right to cancel the contract for your order with us within 1
month (from the day after you receive your goods). If you decide to cancel your
order with The Dream Bag Deutschland & Österreich, you must let us
know in writing [email is fine] within 1 month of receiving you order, quoting
the order number.

We will issue you with a full refund within 30 days however you will need
to return the entire order if you have already received it. You will need to
pay for the return costs if the item(s) were as described and the item price did not exceed 40 Euros. Otherwise the return will be at our costs. The goods
must be in their original condition and will be inspected on their return.
